You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. F4VPN processes usernames, password verification credentials, account status and subscription entitlements to provide login, authorization and services. An email address is not required to create an account. If you voluntarily provide an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they will only be used to handle that request.
Order data includes the selected plan, amount, payment method, transaction status and associated transaction identifiers. This information is used to confirm payment, activate subscriptions, reconcile accounts and process refunds. Support tickets help resolve account and connection issues. Before submitting screenshots, hide passwords, login credentials and complete subscription links.
No-Logs Policy and Operational Data
F4VPN follows a no-logs policy. We do not record which websites users visit through our network acceleration service, retain browsing history, request contents or DNS query history, or link destination websites to accounts to build browsing profiles. We do not persistently retain connection histories that could be used to reconstruct an individual's activity.
The service processes account usage totals, subscription status and necessary operational error information for usage accounting, access checks and troubleshooting. Usage totals are not a list of websites visited. Temporary states required to establish a connection are used only while the service is running. Temporary diagnostic information is limited to what is needed for troubleshooting and is cleared once its purpose is fulfilled; it is not converted into long-term connection logs.
Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources and entry-point clicks. They may include page addresses, referring pages, browser types, device categories and visit times. These statistics relate to the marketing website and panel activity. They are not used to record international websites accessed through our routes and should not be confused with network activity.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions and save login credentials, language preferences and necessary interface states. Login credentials stored in your browser allow the panel to recognize your account, so avoid keeping them on shared devices. Logging out and clearing this site's browser data removes local state, but does not also delete server-side orders or account records. Restricting storage may affect login and the saving of preferences.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third parties. F4VPN receives transaction results and necessary identifiers to verify orders and does not ask users to submit their payment account passwords to this site. Third parties may process payment information under their own policies; please review the relevant information before visiting a payment page.
Relevant information is shared only as necessary to fulfill orders, provide essential technical support or handle requests as required by law. Account data is not sold or rented. If a support ticket concerns a payment dispute, provide only the transaction information needed for verification and avoid submitting an entire bill that includes unrelated details.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are kept as required to fulfill transactions, handle disputes and comply with applicable laws. Support ticket and diagnostic information is deleted or de-identified when its purpose has been fulfilled. Retention periods vary by data category, and clearing your browser does not automatically remove this information.
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information through a support ticket in the panel. F4VPN will verify account control and explain what can be processed and why certain information may need to be retained. Deleting an account may make subscriptions and past orders inaccessible, so please resolve any pending transactions first. Residual information in backups is cleared as backups are rotated and is not used to restore routine business operations.
Security Measures and Policy Updates
F4VPN limits data access according to its purpose and uses credential protections and necessary operational safeguards. Keep passwords and subscription links secure, and do not disclose them in public discussions or screenshots. If credentials are exposed, change your password promptly and report the situation through a support ticket.
Policy changes will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Significant changes to data use or processing will be explained on the website or in the panel.
